1. Estimates, Not Professional Advice

Every calculator on CalcNest returns an estimate produced by a published formula. The formulas and the assumptions behind each one are printed on the tool's own page so you can check the math yourself. Results are general information only. They are not medical, nutritional, structural, financial, or legal advice, and they do not create a professional relationship between you and CalcNest.

2. Health and Pregnancy Tools

BMI, body fat, calorie, macro, protein, heart rate, one-rep-max, due date, ovulation and similar tools use population-level equations. They do not account for your medical history, medications, body composition, or pregnancy complications, and several of them are not valid for children, athletes, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, training, or medication, and never delay or disregard professional advice because of something a calculator returned.

3. Construction, Garden and Craft Tools

Material calculators (gravel, topsoil, mulch, paint, grass seed, pond liner, raised beds, epoxy, candle wax, firewood and similar) assume typical coverage rates, densities, and waste factors that vary by product, supplier, and site conditions. Always confirm the coverage rate on the actual product label, buy a little extra for waste and touch-ups, and have load-bearing or structural work designed and inspected by a qualified professional. CalcNest is not responsible for material shortages, over-orders, or project failures.

4. Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but CalcNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that results are error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted. Rounding, unit conversion, and browser differences can produce small variations.

5. Acceptable Use

Calculations run entirely in your browser and no account is required. Do not attempt to scrape, probe, or disrupt the service, and do not present CalcNest output as a certified measurement or a professional assessment.

6. Advertising

CalcNest is free because it shows advertising. Our advertising partners and the cookies they use are described in the Privacy Policy. We never sell your data, and the numbers you type into a calculator never leave your device.

7. Changes and Contact
